WHY I BEGAN THIS BLOG

Blogging. What is a blog? A group of people sharing information that they gatherer and spewing about how it helped them or did not help them. Or maybe a group of moms that have nothing better to do but analyze different aspects of motherhood and vent about it. A rendering of someones life that they put into words to get out things that they need to say. I suppose a blog could be a variety of different things to different people. When I decided to start a blog I needed to understand what it would be for me. I am hoping it will be a outlet to get out feelings I have about being a mother, wife, nurse, and my dealings with PCOS. I also want to share things that work for me in my life. Be it supplements, fitness routines, foods, relaxation routines, articles, and so much more. Things that help me get through living with PCOS and being a mom and wife all while going to work in the ICU as a nurse. I hope that my mulling and scattered renderings of things I think are important help even one or two people. If anything I hope that if someone is like me they can at least feel a commodore that they are not alone. So as I dive into the blogging world hoping to make a difference I also hope it helps me grow. Bear with me as I try to do it all while being a very low technical person by nature. I prefer to keep things simple and to the point. All things backed by good ol’ science. And for the gray areas hopefully muddle through what is out there together to find the best way to live our best life.
